Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ORASISGR, established in Cyprus, handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. The website may be accessed internationally. ORASISGR is the controller of the personal data described below.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you choose to send us. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message unless it is necessary.
We and the service providers that operate this website may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, request details and security logs. This happens when your browser connects to the website, loads images, uses analytics, or uses the anti-spam check.
How and why we use your information
We use contact-form information only to read, manage and reply to your inquiry. We process it because it is necessary to respond to your request and because we have a legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact our business.
We process limited technical information to deliver the website, understand aggregate website usage, prevent spam and abuse, maintain security, and diagnose errors. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating, improving and protecting the website. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising partners. We disclose information only to service providers that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries:
Netlify hosts the website; Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form submissions for spam and abuse; Resend sends contact-form emails; Gmail hosts the mailbox in which we receive and keep those emails; Cloudinary delivers images and videos displayed on the website; UNPKG distributes the video-player files through Cloudflare's network; and Simple Analytics provides aggregate website-usage statistics.
These providers process information under their own service terms and data-processing arrangements. Depending on how they operate their services, information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Simple Analytics states that it processes and stores analytics data in the European Union. Where required, we expect other international transfers to use a lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for more information about the providers relevant to your data.
Analytics, cookies and local storage
We use Simple Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. It collects limited metrics such as page URLs, referral sources, campaign parameters, device types, screen sizes, time zones and browser languages. Simple Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, visitor identifiers or device fingerprints, and it does not track visitors across sessions or websites. It states that IP addresses are immediately discarded and are not logged or stored. Analytics data is processed and stored in the European Union.
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser local storage to remember a functional theme preference under the key “theme”. Cloudflare Turnstile and other infrastructure providers may use technical storage or similar technologies when needed to provide and secure their services.
Data retention
Contact-form messages are kept in our Gmail mailbox until they are manually deleted. We may delete a message when it is no longer useful for handling the inquiry, or earlier if you make a valid deletion request. This means we do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period.
Simple Analytics keeps aggregate analytics while our account is active. If the account is deleted, Simple Analytics states that remaining backup copies are permanently deleted within 90 days. Our other service providers may keep technical, security and delivery records for their own documented retention periods.
Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may ask us for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of data you provided. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise a right, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Children’s privacy
This website is a general business and product-information website and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through the contact form, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. However, no website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or data practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
